WEBSITE COMPLETION AGREEMENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This agreement is for Camille Moore to complete your business website.
2. $75 down payment is required to start (remaining $75 due upon completion).
3. Website will be completed within 1-2 weeks of receiving all required materials and down payment.
4. If materials are not provided in a timely manner, the developer may cancel with NO REFUND of down payment.
5. Package includes: Home Page, About Us Page, Contact Page (with 1 free form), and 4th page as specified.
6. Additional forms beyond the first one cost $25 each.
7. All photos must be emailed to camille@designsbycamille.net for website creation.
8. The remaining $75 balance for website development is due upon completion before final delivery.
9. Domain Name Registration: $25/year (included in total cost)
10. Hosting & Upkeep: $30 for first month, then $30/month ongoing (includes hosting and monthly upkeep/changes)
11. Monthly hosting fee covers website hosting, security updates, and up to 1 hour of changes/updates per month.
