Website Development Agreement

Agreement Details

This Website Development Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of by and between:

And Designs by Camille ("Developer") for the development of a website for Candeez Kitchen Grill.

Scope of Work

Developer agrees to design and develop an informational website for Client with the domain name: www.CandeezKitchenGrill.com. The website will include standard informational pages as agreed upon by both parties.

Payment Terms

Development Fee: $75.00 (one-time fee for website creation)

Additional Required Fees:

• Domain Registration: $0-$15 for first year (Developer will secure best available rate)
• Hosting Fees: $15-$25 per month (paid directly to hosting provider)

Client understands that hosting payments must be maintained monthly or the website may be suspended by the hosting provider.

Project Timeline

Developer will begin work upon receipt of signed agreement and payment. The website will be completed within one week of payment receipt.

Client will have six (6) days from site delivery to request revisions. Any changes requested after this period may incur additional charges.
