Website Development Agreement

Thank you for choosing Designs by Camille for your website development needs. This agreement outlines the terms of our engagement and the services to be provided.

Services Provided

Designs by Camille agrees to develop an informational website for the Client according to the following terms:

• Website development fee: $75.00 (one-time fee)
• Website will be completed within one week of receiving payment and required materials
• Client will have six (6) days after site approval to request changes at no additional cost
• After six days, additional changes will incur separate charges

Additional Required Fees

The following fees are not included in the development cost and are paid directly to third-party providers:

• Domain name registration: $0-$15 for the first year (Designs by Camille will secure the best available rate)
• Hosting services: $15-$25 per month (Designs by Camille will secure the best available rate)

Important: Hosting payments must be made automatically each month. Failure to pay hosting fees will result in account suspension by the hosting provider.

Optional Services

Website maintenance package: $100/year (includes updates and technical support)

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide the following materials within 48 hours of signing this agreement:

• Business information for "About Us" page
• Contact information (phone, email, etc.)
• Logo and images for gallery with accompanying descriptive text
• Any other content needed for website pages
