Shipping Details

Shipping Some items on the site are shipped 3rd party. I design and my printer ships out. Once the item is approved by you, Designs by Camille will send to my printer to print. Turn around time is 2-7 days depending on items you ordered. Once the order is shipped, the printer will send me a tracking number and I will send to you for tracking. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, once a package is shipped it is out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. There are no refunds for lost or damaged items. Item that I ship on my end If you purchase an item from me, please note that it will take 2-7 days for the item to be shipped. Once it has been shipped, you can expect to receive the item within 1-3 business days. In the event that the item is lost or damaged during shipping, I will resend a new one at no cost to you. I do not offer refunds for any reason.
