Rush Orders

If a customer requests a rush order, I will do my best to complete it without error. However, because the order is rushed, there can be no refunds given if the customer is unsatisfied. Once payment is made, the item is considered rendered, and no refunds will be given.

Orders must be paid in full before I can start working on them. I need all the necessary information and materials as soon as possible so that I can complete the order in a timely manner. This includes a logo, relevant dates, and any other relevant information.

If a deadline is set, please do not go past that time as it could result in a delay of your order. I set that time to ensure that you get your items in time and without extreme rush.

Funeral Programs

I am so sorry for your loss. I will do everything I can to make sure this is a beautiful tribute to your loved one. I know how incredibly difficult it is to deal with death, especially when it is unexpected.

 

If you need help putting together a program, please come to me with all the information at least four business days in advance. I understand that you may not have all the information immediately available, and I want to help you put together the best possible program.

                How I need to receive that write up

                                *PLEASE have the wording typed up. NO SCREEN SHOT, NO HAND WRITEIN so there is not thing that will slow me down.

PAYMENT

Full payment is needed before picking up, shipping or delivery.

Down payment of ½ the total is needed to start the Program.

Deadline

Items for the funeral need to be submitted 4 days in advance.

The deadline for final approval is 3 days before the funeral at 5pm.

If the 

 

deadline is not met, I cannot provide the service and the deposit that was made will only be partially refunded.
