Additional Services: Additional forms beyond the included contact form: $25 each. Additional pages beyond 4: $50 per page. Custom features or functionality: Quote provided upon request.
Note: Project timeline begins upon receipt of down payment and all required materials (content, photos, logo, etc.). Delays in providing materials will extend the completion date.
1. Services Provided: Developer agrees to design and develop a website consisting of: Home Page, About Us Page, Contact Page (with 1 form), and one additional page as specified by Client. Developer will also register domain name (if available) and set up hosting services.
2. Payment Terms: Client agrees to pay $75 down payment before work begins. The remaining $75 balance is due upon website completion before final delivery. Domain registration ($25/year) and first month hosting ($30) are due before website goes live. Subsequent hosting/maintenance fees of $30/month will be billed monthly starting the second month.
3. Client Responsibilities: Client agrees to provide all required materials (text content, photos, logo, etc.) within 7 days of signing this agreement. If materials are not provided within 30 days, Developer may terminate this agreement with no refund of down payment.
4. Revisions: Package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions per page. Additional revisions will be billed at $25/hour.
5. Maintenance: Monthly $30 fee includes: Website hosting, security updates, basic technical support, and up to 1 hour of content changes/updates per month. Unused hours do not roll over to next month.
6. Ownership: Upon full payment, Client owns the website content. Developer retains right to display completed work in portfolio. Source code and design templates remain property of Developer.
7. Cancellation: Client may cancel this agreement in writing at any time. If cancellation occurs before work begins, down payment will be refunded. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, down payment is non-refundable.
8. Liability: Developer is not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or other damages resulting from website downtime or technical issues.
9. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where Developer is located.
