WEBSITE COMPLETION AGREEMENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This agreement is for Camille Moore to complete the website for Candeez Ace Catering (candeezacecatering.com) that was originally started in June 2025.

2. The $75 fee has already been paid in full.

3. Website will be completed within 1 week of receiving all required materials.

4. If materials are not provided in a timely manner, the developer may cancel with NO REFUND.

5. Package includes: Home Page, About Me Page, Contact Page (with 1 free form), and 4th page as specified.

6. Additional forms beyond the first one cost $25 each.

7. All photos must be emailed to camille@designsbycamille.net for website creation.

8. By checking the boxes below, you agree to these terms and authorize Camille Moore to proceed with website completion.
